The Rental Division (RD) is a member of the Zahid Tractor Group, it was established in 1982 on the magnificent shores of Jeddah’s Read Sea. The mission was to provide customers with short, and long-term Rental Solution that meets or exceeds their expectation.
Rental is a service we provide to users and businesses in need for Civil, Industrial, Commercial, Utility, and Events. The rental solution eliminates the need for capital investment. This division started under the name of Remarketing using the Caterpillar Construction Machinery, which included the activities of Rental, Used Equipment Sales, and Auctioneering. RD is currently employing a team of 100 dedicated and competent staff, with a growing fleet of more than 900 machines. We also operate out of 6 main branches and depots located in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Yanbu, Jubail, and Abha. Our success factors can be summarized in few words. We provide 24/7 responsive, reliable, and resourceful rental services, thus offering our customers with an extensive range of Caterpillar, and other high quality brand name Tools and Equipment. We provide engineered, reliable, and assured energy solution, and temperature control services, on turnkey, 24/7, with full operation, and maintenance basis.
This is a new department that caters to the power shortage experienced through-out the local and remote Saudi Arabian town and villages which is due to the exploding population, and business growth. Since Zahid Tractor is the dealer for the majority of hired equipment, we tend to provide reliable equipment and services to our customers faster and more consistently. Our 14 branched, experienced staff, and different selling options are considered added values that make us the preferred supplier to our customers. The Head Office supports the Regional Rental Operations by being responsible for the strategic planning, re-sourcing, controlling assets and supply chain, policies, product support, and technical know how. |
